Good English communication skills – written and oral.2. Functioning independently on being assigned tasks.3. Confident with a basic level of technology – such as working with MS software.4. Keeping track of inventory and re-ordering supplies when needed.5. Preparing, organizing and storing documents in the required format.6. Dealing with phone and email enquiries from parents or other individuals/organizations.7. Coordinating with a team.8. Handling admission queries and being the front person for parents.9. Managing diaries, calendars and booking all appointments with parents, vendors, volunteers, visitors etc. – possessing organizing skills.10.
