Job Description
Role Summary/Purpose
Owns the USDOR process for Renewable in terms of booking and ensuring appropriate back up
Tracks and ensures DR13B resolution and supports other treasury related edit checks
Supports in pacing hard close resolution of fatal edit checks
Owns and maintains the LE org chart for Renewable partnering w/ the structure and rest of the closing and consolidation team
Support other Finance function as needed (BD, tax, FP&A)
Release and maintain closing instructions, run daily closing calls during closing
Supports the submission of the BS into MARS and performs reconciliation btw HFM and MARS facilitating resolution of disconnects
Build strong partnerships with multiple stakeholders across functions
Review, manage and co-ordinate the closing and account recs type activities that are completed in the process teams
Constantly support the simplification and standardization of GE
Support the Statutory and Tax teams during the relevant periods with timely and accurate data.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Chartered accountant with 4+ years of Experience in audit/finance/controllership and proven ability to operate in a diverse operational and cultural environment withControllership mindsetStrong analytic skillsKnowledge of US GAAPFluent EnglishExcellent communication skills: experience with working with multiple stakeholders, functions and regions and ability to deliver message effectively both verbally and in writing.Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn how to use other internal and external finance applications.Ability to quickly adapt to changesAbility to prioritize workload and show clear commitment to meeting reporting deadlines.
