Job Description : 1) Onboard new B2B clients that are handed over by Sales/Business Development team2) Establish and review “Escalation Matrix” with the client3) Ensure that all legal documents are signed and are within validity4) Manage all daily communication with assigned clients5) Ensure operational efficiency and “on-time” service with the clients as per agreement6) Maintain a healthy and long lasting relationship with the clients7) Ensure sample collection is done on timely basis without any delays in coordination with accession department8) Coordinate with Logistics department to ensure client requirements are fulfilled9) To be able to provide solutions for any escalations10) Making sure data is viewed and verified on day-to-day basis11) Manage communications with client and act as SPOC12) Ensure Operational efficiency is maintained in addition to promised TAT’sJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹360,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Operations: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)
