Where You Come In:

We are currently seeking an Order to Cash & Revenue Manager to join our growing Financial Operations team! As an Order to Cash & Revenue Manager at KCF Technologies, you’ll have the opportunity to work on highly collaborative team in one of the most exciting fields in technology!

This role works cohesively with Sales Operations and Finance to plan, direct, build, systematize, and maintain all aspects of the Order to Cash function of the company. This includes global order to cash operations, advanced revenue management and recognition, as well as credit, billing, and collections management.

We are seeking someone who has a demonstrated track record of managing the entire process from contract signature to collections. This individual must be comfortable in a fast paced, high growth environment to ensure a timely and scalable month-end close, while collaborating with multiple internal functions such as Sales, Sales Ops, and Finance among others. We are looking for an individual with a passion and proven track record in order management and billing operations to join a collaborative team-based working environment. This role will report to the VP of Finance.

Essential Functions:

Manage and scale global order to cash operations, including order management, billing, and collections
Order management: Ensure customer contracts have been properly reviewed and processed to enable provisioning and billing in a timely manner
Revenue Management: Understand and apply current revenue recognition standards (ASC606). Support the implementation of a new advanced revenue management module.
Billing: Ensure prompt and accurate issuance of subscription, usage, and non-recurring invoices in accordance with contract terms. Support the implementation of a new billing system.
Collections: Manage streamlined collections and escalation processes to achieve timely receipt of customer funds and identification of at-risk receivables, and manage the cash receipt and application processes to ensure prompt and accurate deposit of all funds and application to customer accounts
Directly lead, coach, and develop team members
Drive continuous improvement in system usage/capabilities and processes for order-to-cash, with a special focus on increasing automation
Support the implementation of internal controls through contributing to the design and managing successful execution against internal controls across order-to-cash processes
Develop and monitor key operational metrics through the order-to-cash operations and synthesize such metrics into meaningful reports and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
Manage and perform duties for monthly accounting close activities for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, including the review of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Coordinate with external Tax advisors to maintain awareness of and compliance with assessment, collection, and remittance of taxes in both domestic and international jurisdictions
Support quarterly and annual inquiries, requests, and activities originating from our external auditors and tax advisors
Drive best practices and develop, execute, and enforce order-to-cash policies and procedures
Execute ad-hoc projects in order-to-cash operations, as needed
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor and other KCF leadership staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business with emphasis in accounting
Has at least 8 years of experience in related field
Previous experience in public accounting is valued
Relevant order-to-cash and/or revenue management experience
Experience with ERP system such as Oracle NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365
Proficient in MS Office
Highly organizational and analytical
Advanced computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel
Experience with high growth technology companies, preferably in SaaS
Possesses ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently
Has a collaborative working style, experience working at a company with teams of varied size to achieve common goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, and ability to work well under pressure and interact at all levels
