We’re looking for a high-energy marketer with strong experience in developing marketing partnerships.
As our Partner Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for a number of things – some of the cool stuff is listed below:
You will be the marketing point of contact for Pleo partners and work closely with our partnership development team to build and maintain relationships with partners – to drive conversion, retention & customer satisfaction.
Develop marketing plans and campaigns with partners and the Pleo partnerships team
Execute and activate marketing plans and campaigns to drive pipeline lead/demand generation and revenue objectives. This will include:
Out-of-the-box online and offline campaigns – training, webinars, events, email, print, in-app etc
Work with partners to understand their needs and identify opportunities to build and optimize on channel marketing plan
Support the Marketing and Partnership teams with pitch decks, case studies and point of sale material
You will support partner on-boarding and the enablement of new partners with playbooks, product training, regular communications.
You will test & learn to develop best practices and scale to other partners through playbooks & creating plug & play assets
Analyze results, metrics, and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities
We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have extensive experience in significantly impacting company performance by driving major strategic initiatives through partnerships within a software/fintech/SaaS business
Experience of launching complex/strategic partnerships & building out marketing programmes
Will be a great sparring partner on creating solutions for how we can support our partners at a local level in the most scalable way
Love solving problems – you’re rarely satisfied unless you’ve analysed why a problem has occurred and how to fix it
Are a credible communicator with impeccable presentation skills
Leave no stone unturned when it comes to strengthening your relationships
Are often described as someone who has high energy and your colleagues love this about you!
