Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities: Receive patient from the door.Registration done by PCA, Understand the purpose of visit.Directing the patient to cash counter (Billing).Passing the case sheet to Optometrist & Handover the patient.Case sheet moves to consultationIn case of dilatation – (It needs to be attended)Take them back to DoctorEngage the patient every 15 minutes.Facilitate patient movement as per doctor advice(Counselling/Opticals / Pharmacy / Investigation.Arrangements of necessary instruments for OPD in Doctors room.Translating in case of requirement.Taking care of Dilatation.Passing Case Sheets to other departments.Explaining basic details (Like medicines, treatment & reason for waiting) to the patients.Ensuring smooth & timely flow of patients for the concern doctor.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Has to be vaccinatedEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
