Job Description : * Patient Care CoordinatorJob Description1. Liaison with relatives of patients/clients.2. Handle collection and accompaniment of patients/clients to various locations for purposes which could include a hospital visit, airport pick-up/drop, family functions, etc.3. Assist patients/clients through the purpose of travel (e.g. If it’s an airport drop, then help with check-ins and pick-ups, if it’s a family function or shopping need, accompany them and keep them safe, etc.)4. Manage first-line contingencies and emergencies enroute to any location – this would entail coordination with other teams, medical facilities authorities, etc.5. Handle coordination of transport and routines6. Work with inbound hospital liaison associates7. Liaison with the hospital management and staff8. Schedule patient visits and their time-bound routine once they reach the hospital9. Accompany patients/clients through the doctor’s consultation process and help them understand instructions, coordinate with diagnostics, etc.Qualification : – Atleast Graduates.Age Limit: – 20-30 yearsLanguage you must know: – Kannada, English and Hindi is mandoryJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Rotational shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Candidates need to wear mask and use sanitizer.Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Application Deadline: 30/03/2022
