Position :
Job Description : Experienced payroll controller with solid professional background, responsible for the payroll and related compensation in the Company, reporting to the director of finance. The payroll controller should be the contact person with the external compensation service providers and authorities, provide payroll related service to the company’s employees and assist the financial department and the IP director in certain issues.
Preparation of monthly salaries of the company’s employees, including employees located abroad
Responsibility for salary related payments
Responsibility for journal entries related to salary, including leased cars, options exercises and ESPP account management
Payroll activities and notices related to on boarding of new employees and off boarding of leaving employees.
Preparation of quarterly severance, vacation, and convalescence accruals
Contact person with Hargal
Responsibility for the attendance system and preparation of monthly attendance reports
Contact person with the pension insurance agency and back office (NAPA)
Contact person with the income tax authorities and with the national security institute
Contact person with the option management firm (IBI) on salary related issues
Internal payroll related service and consultancy to the company’s employees
Responsibility for payroll related internal controls (SOX)
Monthly VAT closing
Job Requirements
Professional and certified payroll controller
Bookkeeper type 3 at least
At least 5 years of experience as payroll controller
Deep knowledge in payroll related issues
Experience with Hargal system
Experience with Priority system
Experience with Trinet – advantage
Meeting payroll timetables
Excellent interpersonal skills
Honesty, integrity, and reliability
Accurate, orderly and high-quality worker
Good teamwork ability
Good control of office software
Good knowledge of English, both verbal and in writing
