Job Description : Job Title: Payroll Tax Analyst
Location: Lake Mary, FL 32746
Duration: 6 months or longer
Pay: $20-25/hr. on W2

Job Description:
Review internal tax control/validation reports related to Amendments and W-2C processing.
Work with our 3rd party provider, ADP, to prepare Amendments and W-2C Filings.
Review and balance post quarter 941 OOB Reports.
Resolve tax notices from state and local authorities related to amended filings.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Understanding of end-to-end Payroll functional processes as well as how the payroll functional processes integrate with the overall end-to-end Payroll Tax processes.
Experience with 3rd party tax applications, ie: ADP.
Experience with HCM systems, ie: PeopleSoft, Workday.
Strong customer service skills (both verbal and written).
Good organizational, time management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously.
Willingness for flexible scheduling to meet processing demands.
Strong sense of urgency, proactive approach, and a solid focus on results.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree, or three or more years of relevant work experience.
CPP or FPC preferred. LOGISTICS: Shift: This position is a standard 8-5 shift, with an hour lunch. Weekend work may be required during year end to support W-2 processing deadlines. No “on call” time is required for this position.
