Job Description : PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGEExperience in Beauty or Wellness E-Commerce Preferred .Hands –on n and in depth understanding of performance marketing on Market Places, especially on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart etc. Should have been in similar position in his/her earlier organizations.RESPONSIBILITIES : Ø The ideal candidate will be growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns.Ø Setting up and managing Amazon Ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets for all assigned accounts on a weekly basis.Ø Reporting to the clients and updating Account Managers on a weekly basis with updates, recommendations, and insightsØ Drive new ideas and processes to improve the performance of campaigns, including account structure, bidding, ad copy, and keyword development.Ø Performing Keyword Research, Competitor Research, and Market Research for each assigned account.Ø Provide complete and accurate data in the weekly reports.Ø Should have a proven track record of giving higher orders with lower Acos.Ø Manage and guide the team with best-proven practices for maximum efficiency.Ø Perform daily account management of PPC accounts on Google Ad Words Facebook Ads, Perform rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, creative and landing pagesØ Plan social media strategy for community building: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,Ø Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channelsØ Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and resultsØ Work closely with the other team members to meet revenue goals RequirementsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Social Media Occupations: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)
