Job Description : Matching the business requirements with the product deliverablesPerforming independent test of all deliverables before making them liveAttending daily Standup meetings with Development teamReviewing the User Stories created by Devl team (mobile and app)Identifying & implementing areas of improvement in current flow of web and mobileUser engagement via email, WhatsApp, SMS, In-App, Push Notification, Auto IVRReport Creation with important metrics and tracking the same for comparisonImproving user engagement metricsMonitoring & Optimizing customer journeys regularlyContent performance-Identifying which content is working, and which is noPerform Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and identify and implement methods to increase conversions for website and AppPlan & Execute Tests that can help to Website and App conversions using Google Optimize (Website), Firebase(mobile)Ownership of Marketing Automation Tool and maximize its usageSelf-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Maturity, high judgment, bar-raising data mining and strong analytical acumenFollowing up metrics for measuring product/functional performance and responsible for tracking its improvement.Identify and conduct various experiments to study user behavior and measure impact of experiments related to function, analyzing and helping in course correction.Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings.
