1K Kirana Bazaar was founded in 2018 to revolutionize the grocery shopping experience for India’s non-urban population through a unique blend of offline and online retail. We seek to create a seamless flow of products from brands to consumers by overcoming the shortcomings of India’s traditional distribution system with the help of our inhouse technology-enabled platforms. Our app enables consumers to choose from a wide assortment of products from 1K Mall, while also helping our retail partners tap into a larger consumer-base by offering grocery as well as non-grocery products. With 500+ retailer partners across 20 districts, we are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to help us navigate the next chapter of our growth story.
Job Description
Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launchTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teamsCreate product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROIAnalyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plansCollaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organizationDevelop product positioning and messaging that differentiates 1K and its features across primary market segments
Qualifications
Previous experience in delivering finely tuned product development strategiesAbility to synthesize complex data into actionable goalsCritical thinking skills to recommend original and productive ideasAdvanced Standard Query Language (SQL) skills
