Job Description : Production AssistantJob Title : Production AssistantDepartment : ProductionLanguages : English and HindiJob Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant.Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance.Monitor all machineries and equipment and ensure that they are in good working order, organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.Manage time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals.Be responsible for keeping all aspects of the factory floor clean, tidy and well-organized.Planning, directing, coordinating activities and resources necessary to ensure the production plan is met and exceeded.Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis.Inspecting products for quality and accuracy prior to shipping.Evaluating each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency.Overseeing the manufacturing and shipping processes and procedures in factory production operations.Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines.Requirements: Location: Candidates from Vasai-Virar will be preferred.Education: H.S.C/Graduate (Science/ Chemistry background only)Languages: English and HindiExperience: 3 Years and MoreTechnical Skills: ERP and Ms. Office knowledgeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Chemical engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
