Job Description : Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of an Administrator II, the incumbent is responsible for independently performing compliance reviews of medium to large, complex, and/or sensitive cases related to legislatively mandated programs. The incumbent will assist in providing guidance and technical support on California Competes Tax Credit reviews and Legal cases to ensure accuracy and consistency with departmental policies and procedures. Other duties include assisting and conducting technical and procedural training and participating on or leading special projects and assignments.

Positions may be located in any of the following office locations:
Sacramento (central and/or field office), San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Los Angeles, Santa Ana, Van Nuys, West Covina, and/or San Diego, California
