Job Description : Partner with Director of Retail Operations, VP of Store, SRSMs, RSMs and MMs ensuring field needs are met.Communicate and uphold company policies, initiatives, and goals.Coordinate with Logistics, Merchandising, Marketing, Store Planning, , Facilities Management, and Field personnel for all new, relocating, remodeling, expanding and closing stores to ensure projects are completed timely and accurately.Visit new, relocating, remodeling, and expanding stores as needed to train and develop Store Openers and to ensure the process is working. Maintain and update store supplies.Update and maintain Store Opener Program.Maintain new store operations reports.Schedule and lead all field project calls for all types of projects. .Develop policies/procedures to improve the effectiveness of the store project process.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFood allowanceHealth insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)Willingness to travel:100% (Preferred)
