Job Description : Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager / Stalk Holders toprepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. Youwill perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrativeduties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. you should haveexcellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internalteams to deliver results on deadlines.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hoursOrganizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetingsDocumenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings,preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.Ensuring project deadlines are metMonitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers andstakeholdersAssisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need tocomplete their tasksManaging project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scopestatement, as directed by the project managerSkillsAnalysis SkillsVerbal, Written and Communication SkillsProduct KnowledgeInterpersonal SkillsAbility to work in tight scheduleTravel Industry KnowledgeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Application Deadline: 20/03/2022Expected Start Date: 31/03/2022
