Job Description : Property Accountant

To help build on this success, we at Weinstein Properties are looking to add a qualified Property Accountant to our team.

After training period this is a hybrid role – in office 2 days per week and remote 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Reconciliation of Inventory
Review revenue and expenses on monthly financials for accuracy for assigned properties
Assist with other tasks in accounting department or special projects as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills, proficient in excel
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
