Job Description : Robert Half is seeking for our new Property Tax Administrative to join one of our Fortune 500 companies. The Property Tax Administrative role is an intermediate level and long- term contract that will begin fully remote but will convert to hybrid eventually. The future Property Tax Administrative must be local talent to apply to this role! Have some experience in accounting or property taxes? Do you have strong knowledge in administrative duties and office support? The Property Tax Administrative role might be a great fit for you.

Description:

Obtain, analyze, and prepare property tax bills
Forward the bills and AP request form to our third-party payment provider, Anybill, so Client can authorize and fund prior to the due date.
Prepare personal property tax returns for filing with the state and local jurisdictions.
Manage and process data through property tax administration software – ptvault.x or PTMS.

Requirements:

General office and administrative skills
Excel spreadsheets experience
Property Tax and/or Accounting experience preferred
Hard-working, reliable, and ability to multi-task
