We are currently recruiting for QA Engineers for our tech team – this would be a fully remote role.
Requirements
Have hands-on working experience in “writing SQL queries” for data validation
Working Knowledge of “Linux” OS and its “commands”.
Knowledge of debugging application issues via “linux server logs or Kibana”.
Working Knowledge of “Charles” tool for App Testing(Android and IOS).
Must have thorough working experience in QA/Testing methodologies and software development life cycle, including have a complete SDLC understanding.
Have hands-on experience in a very complex and large web-based application (portal) testing built on JAVA, SQL (backend database), middleware (web-services, “API testing” using REST Client), backend batch jobs and interfaces.
Must have hands-on experience in app testing (Android/IOS).
Must have good analytical skills and proven experience in analyzing and testing complex business rules and rule engines.
Design and execute tests in the appropriate test tools like “Postman”, including exploratory testing (and eventually automated tests) at the component and API level, right through to the end-to-end and feature level.
Must have knowledge of testing techniques to cover all possible corner cases for testing verification and validation techniques
“Basic knowledge of Java and Selenium Automation frameworks”.
Log and manage bugs in the defect management tool.
Work closely with developers to verify bugs and bug fixes within the recommended DoD
Must be a team player, quick responsiveness, contributor, coordinator, cooperative, understanding, polite and adaptive to accept changes in a complex changing environment
Must be willing to accept direction from seniors, colleagues, and management.
Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn.
