We are providing education learning techniques across India, Singapore, Kuwait, UAE and South Africa.The Quality Control Analyst job profile:We are looking for an innovative and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team. The Quality Analyst is responsible for judging and conducting call Quality checks and execution of plans for successful implementation of policies. The successful candidate will work closely with different teams to understand call parameters based on requirements and recommend changes to help grow the team and revenue for the organization. To be successful as Quality Analyst you should be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem solving abilities. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues. Once you decide to join us, you will be under probation for a period of 6 Month. The decision of management regarding extension or termination of services depends upon your performance.Job Description & Skills:Audit Pre-recorded calls & live calls along with cross-checking the end-to-end details on respective Tickets.Analyze quality process and procedure to ensure it meets Customer requirements.Meeting daily, weekly and monthly audits analyzing short- and long-term development plans.Ensuring that the agents should follow proper pitch as per guidelines to meet minimum quality standards.Perform quality checks on Mock calls for freshers to improve performance.Providing periodic feedback to agents and to their reporting manager for scope of improvementTo identify gaps and rectify them by sharing feedbacks and conducting refresher sessions with agents to improve quality of calls.Conducting Case Studies for critical cases as per requirements for mitigating lossesClosely monitoring quality parameters as per needs and share ideas to improve quality standards.Skills: -Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Office 365Should have excellent communication/Writing skills (HIndi and English is must)Good Analytical skills Round of Interview:Screening * Quality departmentHR Dept.
