We provide education learning techniques across India, Singapore, Kuwait, UAE and South Africa.We at Extramarks are looking for an innovative, dynamic and well-organized QC-Manager to join our growing company.About the role The role being offered is QC- ManagerRoles and responsibilitiesProficient in managing quality audit team and driving output consistently.Verifying all sales calls and conducting calibration checks.Personally interacting with the sales team who have committed fatal errors and arrangingfor feedback and training sessions.Providing constructive feedback to agents in case of mis-commitment on a call.Creating consolidated report of the team and sharing it with all stakeholders daily.Driving productivity reports on training effectiveness by comparing monthly audits.Ensure SOPs, SLAs are followed as per the policy guidelines.Conduct audits on regular basis analyzing short- and long-term development plans.Supervise case studies for critical cases as per requirementsfor mitigating losses.Closely monitoring quality parameters as per needs and share ideas to improve quality standards. What are we looking for?Highly organized and able to multitask.Self-driven and proactive in nature.Analytical, quantitative and innovative approach.Proficient in giving detail optimal solution to the team.Patient and active listener.Leadership qualities.Forward planning and strategic thinking.
