Job Description : Position OverviewThe goal of the driver settlement/revenue audit coordinator is to produce accurate and timely payments to the Nelson Westerberg owner/operators and produce accurate and timely invoices to Nelson Westerberg clients based on documents submitted, services performed and authorized, client contracts and household goods tariff rates.RelationshipsThe settlement/audit coordinator interacts daily with management, co-workers, NW agency staffs such as customer service and sales reps. External relationships include, but are not limited to, Atlas Van Lines, all Westerberg companies and staff, owner/operators, central planning & dispatch and shippers.Job Functions1. Review of all documents submitted by owner/operators and agencies.2. Review client contract requirements.3. Prioritize workflow based on client contract invoicing time frames.4. Rating of shipment charges for processing payment to owner/operators within the required time frame.5. Rating and review of shipment charges for billing to clients.6. Respond to Atlas revenue, Nelson Westerberg operations and owner/operator inquiries.7. Process necessary adjustments to owner/operators.8. Keep current on tariff and contract changes.Requirements and Competencies1. Accuracy is essential.2. Time management skills.3. Strong communication and organization skills.4. Team-oriented.5.
