Job Description : ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Prepares sales quotes and follows up with customers for approval status.· Provides administrative support, including preparation of correspondence, proposals, and price quotations, via e-mail, fax and hard copy.· Assist in issuing and completing sales/return authorization, purchase order or sales order requisitions for the Sales Department.· Create and maintain files of business correspondence and other files related to Operations and sales activity.· Organize, maintain and prepare a variety of reports related to sales operations Reports include Inventory, Lead Tracking, Order Status and Sales Performance numbers on a daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly basis.· Maintain and update the various CRM databases that are required for the Sales Department.· Provide support for the Sales Department during times of travel.· Observes and recommends procedure changes for greater efficiency.· Working knowledge of the process, product and services provided by the Company.· Provides customer service to IT clientele.· Prepares requested and required reports for OEMs, clients, and distribution partners.· Prepares internal tracking reports for items that were quoted daily for OEMS and Strategic Accounts.· Prepares and follows-up on exchanges, loaners, samples, and open RA’sOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: · Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, ensuring that only the highest level of integrity is utilized at all times.· Provides back up support to Marketing Department on an as needed basis.· Performs other work-related duties and projects as assigned.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: · Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field, equivalent education, or equivalent work experience.· Two years of professional experience in the related field (technology).· Strong verbal, written, analytical, public relations and interpersonal skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and a CRM tool.· Ability to type at least 45 WPM accurately; ability to use office equipment.· Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Night shiftApplication Question(s):How many years of Administrative Assistant experience do you have?How many years of Customer Service experience do you have?How many years of Data Entry experience do you have?Expected Start Date: 10/03/2022
