Job Description : The Sales and Use Tax/Compliance Administator is responsible for filing, renewing, and applications of Permits, licenses, certificate of liability, and Tax Returns. This person will also be support for salesmaen regarding Sales and Use Tax, Sales and Use Tax/Comliance Administrator will ensure returns reporting is done accurately and timely.

Essential Functions:

Unclaimed Property Reporting
Annual Report Filings – Multi-state
Business License/Permit Applications & Renewals
Certificates of Liability
Participate in New Location Setups
1099 Reporting/W-9 Maintenance
Filing of Sales Tax Exemption Certificate Review
Sales Tax support for Salesmen
Use Tax Audit Support
Vendor requests for Exemption forms
Backup for Training and Education throughout the Company

Full-Time

Standard days of work are Monday – Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, Tax, or related field
Extensive knowledge about accounting and sales/use tax
Excellent self-motivation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
Strong organizing, prioritizing, planning and problem-solving skills
Strong Microsoft Office Suites experience with emphasis on Excel skills
