We help real estate owners sell inventories of all ticket sizes that is backed up by with relatable data of customer profiles gathered by our research teamAbout the RoleAs the Sales & Marketing Manager you will work alongside our Head of Project and play a key role in executing our brand and content marketing strategies, across both B2C and B2B audiences in the markets in which our businesses operate. Working within an overall marketing team of four, you will support the Head of Brand Marketing in delivering our brand marketing objectives and supporting the achievements of our business’ wider strategic and commercial goals.You will also work with other managers – including Sales Managers, the Head of Performance Marketing and our Head of Product – on delivery of the brand and content elements of our strategic marketing plan.Ultimately, you will play a key role in all brand communications to our customers and other stakeholders of the respective businesses, bringing to life our new brand strategy just recently developed with a creative brand agency. As Marketing Manager you will need to not only be strategic and creative in your own thinking, but also highly capable in developing creative content, and when necessary capable of managing briefs and performance of agencies and freelancers.Key responsibilities can be summarized as:Execute the brand strategy and marketing plan under the guidance of the Project Head & Director of Company , leveraging the brand bible and guidelines to ensure consistency in delivery of on brand content.Undertake a range of the content generation activities and review/edit intern generated content for blog, social, and EDM distribution, including the design and development of landing pages when needed.Manage the EDM program to our B2C and B2B audiences, specifically for news / market updates and property promotions for New lead generation.Manage the social platforms of the businesses with the development of engaging content to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement, managing all comments and queries from our following.Coordinate ongoing market research/surveys to inform the development of critical insights for market communication, marketing initiatives and campaigns, digital product and website enhancements, etc.Support the Brand Marketing Manager in developing briefs for the relevant agencies and specialist contractors to execute a range of activities within the marketing plans that cannot be managed in-house.Build audiences and sub-lists within Pardot using our databases and through access to third party Experian data sets to support targeted brand or lead generation campaigns.Update and refresh regular B2B sales communications to support the Account Managers and Channel Managers of the businesses, including the development of video or other animation outputs that can be used on relevant social channels.Support the organisation of internal and external events with the brand related materials and content to promote such events and build brand awareness.The following are specific requirements to apply for the role:5 years minimum experience in a Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Coordinator or similar roles, with a specific focus on brand and content marketing.Significant and direct experience in real estate, property development, residential home construction or similar industries.Degree-qualified – preferably in marketing or commerce/business with specialisation in marketing and/or communications.Strong creative content development experience with hands on experience in transforming and re-purposing content into end-to-end marketing campaigns to deliver business objectives.Demonstrated experience creating and executing on full-funnel content strategies, including the design and development of supporting landing pages.Strong working understanding of digital marketing including paid search, social, display, video and email, and how these can work together to create effective campaigns.Strong preference for significant experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools, and Pardot or other similar marketing automation systems.Solid copywriting, graphic design and other creative skills (e.g. video editing), with fundamental understanding of using HTML/CSS in the development of content and marketing campaigns.Designing Marketing StrategyExecution of marketing strategyBrand PositioningTracking Data and lead analysis of lead generation via Marketing activitySkill – Should have knowledge and education of Digital MarketingLocationRavet, West PuneJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementInternet reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:YesEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Real estate: 2 years (Preferred)Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 01/01/2022
