Job Description : Role & Responsibilities·Develop and manage comprehensive academic support program for virtual / live classes.§ Developing and updating the lesson content and instruction methodology of virtual classes.§ Development of digital modules with bifurcation of topics and timing involved which means to prepare a responsive and appropriate curriculum.§ Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the syllabus requirements for all relevant subjects/courses.§ Evaluate New Education Policy and recommend potential features for virtual classes.§ Demonstrating an understanding of current trends in new education system.§ Planning, implementing and overseeing assessment.§ Assisting in mentoring the tutors.§ Developing positive working relationships with and amongst colleagues. Being proactive in the support of colleagues/tutors in both academic and behavior- related matters.§ Setting appropriate standards and benchmarks in curriculum areas, and analyzing, preparing and presenting data to demonstrate achievements of cohorts in test and tasks, and learnings.§ Evaluation of all the short term and long term courses/modules, find out whether the course developed has been effective and if not, then the measures that need to be taken to improve the programs in future. This has to happen periodically during the developing stage of the course.§ Milestone for the tutors on the delivery of the lectures/topics/videos to be developed and ensure adherence.§ Assist in Screening & Shortlisting of faculties.§ Reviewing and Auditing all the recordings and edited lectures.§ Ensure MCQ’s, Assignments, Mock tests for every topic from tutors and to be uploaded on our platform.§ Evaluate and manage VFX team for efficient delivery of modules.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
