Job Description : Job SummaryJ. K. Estates is a firm in the Real Estate industry. The firm has construction projects in and around Mumbai and is looking to expand into the FMCG and Renewable Energy sectors.The said role shall involve accounting assignments like maintaining daily books, making and receiving payments, assisting the financial, legal and other technical consultants as also administrative tasks like attending to various stakeholders like customers, tenants, contractors, etc. coordinating with key governmental persons, meeting with clients.Responsibilities and DutiesAccounting assignments shall comprise daily accounting entries in MS Excel, maintenance of annual accounts, petty cash management, timely GST and TDS calculation submission to the CA, entering and managing monthly costing data on excel, analysing cross-monthly data and preparing performance-wise monthly reports, studying different prospects and preparing reports on the same, etc.Administrative tasks shall include maintaining stocks of office supplies and adhering to ROQ level, payroll management, maintaining proper filing and office record, all inclusive office management, typing emails and letters to as also following up and scheduling meetings with various consultants like architects, structural engineers, CAs, solicitors and government officials for the partners of the firm and so on.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 7 years (Preferred)total work: 7 years (Preferred)TDS and GST calculations: 5 years (Preferred)Accounts Finalisation: 5 years (Preferred)
