We are hiring 3 Senior Accountants to join our fun and growing team!Opportunity HighlightsWe offer an attractive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team!Opportunity to learn directly from the owner (Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award winner)Company pays 75% of benefitsCatered lunchesWeekly car wash401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWhat we are looking forRecord monthly closing activities including accruals, AP, AR, fixed assets and depreciation, revenue, costs of sales, and chargebacks of reimbursable expenses.Coordinate recording activities with other departments (AP, Payroll, Treasury, IT), as necessary.Assist with 1099 reporting to agents.Reconcile key accounts (bank, balance sheet, key P&L, intercompany) monthly or quarterly.Prepare monthly internal financial statements including variance explanations, budgets, and forecasts.Bill, collect, and apply cash receipts related to expenses incurred on behalf of agents.Analyze sales; calculate commissions, escrow fees, and marketing incentives.Prepare monthly internal financial statements and key non-financial schedules, agent performance, budgets, cash flow forecasts, month/year-end closings.Ad hoc financial and operational analysis, including agent and team performance.Support the parent company’s reporting and processes.Assist with implementation of new systems.Coordinate with internal and external auditors.Educate accounts payable on detailed GL coding using our automated A/P workflow solution.Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
