Job Description : a) To complete the Day to Day Accounts of all transactions of Aushadhi Bhavan with all records.b) To be responsible for Cash Handling, Cash depositing & maintaining all the details of available cash.c) To maintain updated record for Advance Book and Overtime Register on daily basis.d) To be responsible for all the work / transactions related to bank.e) To maintain payment cycle of all creditors, emolument to worker and all employees in time with proper co-ordination to them.f) Responsible for maintaining all required Records / Registers under various act like GST act, Central Excise Act, Wages Act, PF Act, ESIC Act, and Income Tax Act. Etc.g) To prepare and file various monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly challans and also responsible for their payment, of like GST, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, Professional Tax etc.h) To prepare monthly area wise sales statement & other related documents as per requirement of marketing department.i) Any other work that will be entrusted to you from time to time by the management.j) You are responsible for preparation Annual Budget, Finalization of Accounts and balance sheet.k) To submit confidential reports of accounts, in the month of April each year to the Manager (Account)/ Assistant General Manager.l) You will be reporting to Accounts Manager/ AGM.You can Call Time : -10.00 AM to 17.00 PM in betweenJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentLife insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftFixed shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Social distance, Mask wear, Use SanitizeEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)Language:English, Hindi, Marathi (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 19/03/2022Expected Start Date: 01/04/2022
