What you will do
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years experience, a creative mindset, big ideas, strong judgement, a strategic mind and love accounting. S/He should have extensive background in tax preparation, accounting, audit preparation and analysis.
Participate in month end close with the accounting team
Process accounts payable invoices and payment
Complete revenue recognition and customer invoicing
Review and assist in employee payroll processing
Assist in the execution of the month-end close, account reconciliations and maintenance of journal entry logs
Prepare monthly assigned account reconciliations. Ensure that all accounting departmental records are accurate and well organized
Initiate recommendations for improvement and efficiencies
Provide analysis as requested
Assist in other projects as assigned
What makes you qualified
Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Finance
3 years related experience
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork, collaboration, flexibility and proactiveness
“Roll-up sleeves” approach in order to accomplish all necessary tasks
Commitment to excellence and impeccable ethical standards and integrity
Non-profit and international experience preferred but not required
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
