Job Description : Job Purpose:Perform financial account booking, prepare or provide assistance to regulatory reports and internal reports to the Head Office, complete basic treasury accounting and tax-related work, and serve as the backup to the AVP in FMD. In addition, assist relationship managers to prepare the financial analysis on potential business transactions.Job Responsibilities:Provide assistance to coordinate with the parent company in HK and China, including preparing reports to the parent company in Beijing in Chinese, translating certain regulation updates for the Head Office, and providing materials and financial data to the parent company;Familiar with China and HK accounting and reporting standards, USGAAP, and tax regulations;Process bill payments and staff reimbursements;Perform regular financial accounting, such as bookkeeping, etc.;Prepare daily summary & FX position reports, and weekly loans & advance summaries to the Head Office;Assist with the check issuing and check data entry vouchers;Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to the regulators and the Head OfficePrepare daily revaluation and monthly reconciliation of all treasury products, and system maintenance of the treasury system from the financial side;Routine maintenance of the accounting system;Provide information to tax consultants and coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and other regulatory institutions;Analyze loan applications and financial statements, and conduct due diligence to determine the merits of granting the loan and the assurance of the repayment.Adhoc requests from the Head of Financial Management DepartmentEducation, Work Experience, and Qualification1. Education QualificationBachelor degree required, major in accounting, audit, tax, finance, or other business-related focus; Master degree preferred;2.
