Job Compensation: $75-100k + Annual Bonus

Job Overview (What You’ll Do):
We are looking for a Senior Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in the consumer/outdoor products industry. This role is for someone who has a vision in which business positively impacts society, community, and environment. This person will also be a strong leader and someone who can roll up their sleeves and get things done. Someone that can learn quickly and has a growth mindset.
This role is part of a strong Finance team, reporting to the Controller. Join a growing team that’s empowering and accelerating a global movement of people using business as a force for good.
Job Responsibilities (How You’ll Do It):
Inventory accounting and landed cost assignment.
Identify variances with PO receipts and invoices.
Cash and payment processing account reconciliations.
Assist A/R and A/P accountant with routine accounting.
Assist Supply Chain Ops and Planning Teams to optimize business processes.
Assist with month accruals and GL account reconciliations.
Monthly reconciliations of factory supplier records.
Assist with monthly close and external audit requirements.
Ad hoc reports and problem solving as needed.
Job Requirements (Who You Are):
3-5 years of direct experience.
Accounting degree required. MAcc and CPA preferred.
Prior experience with inventory-based accounting – industry or auditing.
Strong leadership and team working ability.
Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision.
Ability to work cross-functionally.
NetSuite experience is preferred.
