Job Description
Responsibilities
The person in this position will maintain, update and verify cost records in ERP system.
Maintain project accounting information and prepare program budget baselines.
Be responsible for collection and reporting of data in accordance with the DoD 5000.2 EVMS guidelines.
Perform labor audits of current programs and raw material “spot checks” verifying inventory accuracy.
Approve purchase orders after review and verification of demand requirement and budgetary compliance. Compile cost information to be used in operating budget preparation.
Provide management with reports (EAC, etc.) specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services and conduct program budget reviews.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience within the accounting and finance industry preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Due to the nature of the work performed, candidates MUST BE a US Citizen or Resident Alien.
Bachelor’s Degree Required
