Job Description : Senior AccountantEyeTech Digital Systems sells tablets to the public and organizations alike. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. The Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.Job Requirements3-5 years accounting experience in a Corporate settingAP/AR and payroll knowledge and experienceExcel and/or Google Sheets proficiency required.Cost and Inventory Accounting experience required.Netsuite experience preferred.BS in Accounting or Finance.Concur experience preferred.ADP experience preferred.Job DutiesWork directly with the Director of Finance on all accounting procedures for the companyAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing processesAssist with AP, AR, Payroll, Sales Tax functions as well as Cost and Inventory AccountingAssist with financial reports and statementsDocument, monitor and update accounting policiesAssist with internal audits and collaborate annually with our independent auditorsEnsure compliance with accounting and tax regulationsReconciliation of bank accounts, balance sheet, general ledger accounts and credit cardsPreparation and posting of journal entriesGAAP knowledgeJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:GAAP: 2 years (Preferred)Accountants: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
