Job Description : Job descriptionSEV laser is LA’s finest MedSpa and has an immediate opening for a full-time SeniorAccountant.Duties and Responsibilities: Preparation and reporting of accurate and timely financial information. Support month-end and year-end close process. Post monthly journal entries as it relates to depreciation, amortization, prepaid andinventory accounts. Maintains and reconciles fixed assets schedules Prepare and file property, business, and sales tax filings for multiple locations. Reconcile I/C transactions. Assist with semi-monthly payroll for multiple locations. Prepare ad file 1099s Ad hoc projects as needed to support managementQualifications and Requirements: BS degree in Accounting or Finance Proficient in Excel Knowledge of GAAP QuickBooks preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have exceptional attention to detail +3 years of accounting experienceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
