Responsibilities:
Coordinate all general ledger accounting procedures
Play a key role in the monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, the reconciliations of accounts, and financial analysis
Account for subscription-based revenue
Oversee AP, AR, and Payroll
Investigate significant trends/variances in financial data
Provide daily and/or weekly analysis, and reporting on operational performance as it relates to the business activities (including monitoring margins and variances)
Manage daily cash and prepare cash-flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals
Ensure internal controls are in place and work with external auditors
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of relevant and progressive and hands-on accounting experience
System savvy and proficient in Excel
