Our diverse team consists of ambitious professionals from multiple disciplines, and we enjoy the opportunity to be a part of an emerging market with the ability to build the future of powersports, together.Job Requirements· Strong understanding of GAAP as well as ability to clearly and concisely document and effectively communicate complex accounting and reporting issues to finance and non-finance personnel· Ability to assist with preparing and reviewing of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K and other required SEC form filings· Experience with cost accounting, manufacturing environment preferred· Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written)· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyResponsibilities· Key member of month-end close, including balance sheet and G/L reconciliations, account analysis, and preparation of schedules· Manage invoicing, AR, and updating deferred revenue schedules· Assist with special projects as needed· Assist with AP as needed· Analyze new and proposed accounting standards and determine the impact on company and implement new accounting standards, as required· Assist in the preparation and review of corporate accounting policies and procedures· Participates in reviews with business departments to ensure financial statement disclosures are complete and accurate· Work cross-functionally with other groups and ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements· Assist in the evaluation, update and maintenance of key controls over financial reporting and the related key reportsMinimum Education and Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience· Evidence of exceptional ability· CPA preferred, Big 4 public accounting experience a plus· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience· Strong technical skills including experience in NetSuite· High proficiency in Excel (must be able to execute pivot tables / v-lookups / finance formulas)· Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and data analysis skills· Willingness to work in a fast-changing environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:GAAP: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:CPA (Preferred)Work Location: One location
