We are looking for candidates with 1.5 – 3 years of experience in customer service/BPO industry. Daily responsibility includes listening to calls , doing call pulls, doing call quality audit and good experience in MS excel. Experience of health & welfare domain is a good to have.Mandatory requirement of experience in the healthcare/retirement domain (outside insurance claims processing / adjudication) with Background in call quality auditExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to comprehend US tele callers and provide comprehensive feedbackAttention to details with the ability to complete large volume of work quicklyAbility to work on multiple workflows simultaneouslyTeam player with good interpersonal skillsConfident and able to articulate thoughts clearlyShould have Good computer application skills (Knowledge of excel macros, Vlookup and slicers)Should have background in performing quality auditAudit the sample calls as per the defined process and guidelinesExperience in quality improvement projects/initiatives for US tele callersOpen to working in shiftsTotal experience of 1 to 3 years
