Job Description : We are looking for hands-on and passionate engineers to join the small and tightly knit Carnot Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible to drive innovation in full-stack product development, while relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and maintainability. We have close to 5000 active users with a super engaging android app, with 40% daily active users. We are anticipating a scale up to 100,000 users, and are currently scaling up our architecture to become robust enough to catch up with the growing user-base, design changes, cloud API changes ,automated testing etc.Responsibilities: Work closely with the Product, UX/UI and Backend teams to design, build and extend consumer and/or partner facing new products, platforms and features.Build re-usable Android software componentsCollaborate with QA on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) as well as other automated and manual testing.Test, debug ,maintain and release the application.Prerequisites : Must haves – (We expect you to know 80% of them really well) : Deep understanding of Android Studio, Java, GradleGood understanding of Android Design patterns .Experience in API design, SDK architecture, good development practices.Sense of ownership, with collaborative attitude for learning new things.Good to haves – (We expect you to know 50% of them really well) : Comfortable with agile, iterative development practices and code reviewsExperience in architecting & building, deploying applications which already have a large user base on playstore.Contributions to open-source, blogs, hackathons are a big plusJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceLeave encashmentLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Complete Work from HomeExperience:total work: 2 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 22/03/2022Expected Start Date: 22/03/2022
