Job Description : We are hiring CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS / Semi/qualified – CA/ CMA/ ACCA for the position of Senior/ Assistant managers to work on GCC: Corporate Tax for all locationsPAN India.We are looking for Immediate joiners on assignment basis for below job profile:Job Descriptions: International TaxationRole requirement:Candidate must have corporate income tax experience (Any region/country – India,US, UK etc) but willing to work on GCC Corporate tax.Candidate is expected to prepare corporate tax returns and various other activities associated as part of our client deliverables.Work as a Tax Analyst / Advanced Tax Analyst in GDS Tax, you will be focused on preparation of projects/services in the domain of Tax.Review of Financial Statements after necessary GAAP adjustments and ensuring disclosures are made in line with the amendments in the local GAAP.Audit co-ordination and liaising for finalizing the statutory reports within the timeline and providing relevant disclosure requirements.Preparing the requirement list for the new clients and discussing it with the respective company head & clients.
