We are seeking a candidate who has experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Bot framework, NodeJS and Azure. If you also have knowledge of NLP engines like LUIS/Dialogflow/Lex, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to shape and build efficient chatbot applications. If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident about the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you! To succeed in this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing chatbot applications using the below technologies
In this role, you will get to:
Design, development and testing of large scale chatbot solutions in the technical environment.
Create prototypes, if necessary, to validate proposed solutions and seek feedback from stakeholders
Proactively benchmark application code to mitigate performance and scalability issues
Work with Quality Assurance Team on issue reporting, resolution, and change control
Support and Troubleshooting Assist Operations Team with any environment issues during application deployment across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile methodology.
Ability to work on different projects with focused on delivery.

Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
Proven experience on chatbot development and support.
Hands on Experience on Microsoft Bot Framework V3 & V4.
Experience using NodeJS framework with good understanding of underlying architecture.
Experience with Php, HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery.
Knowledge on Microsoft Cognitive Services (Azure) and Recognizers like LUIS, Q&A Maker and Regex.
Knowledge on NLP/NLU engines like Dialogflow, Watson, Lex will be an added advantage.
Experience working with Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, App and Web Services.
Experience in ServiceNow Platform.
Experience in creating REST APIs (FaaS).
Experience on CRM integration (Salesforce/MS Dynamics/ZenDesk etc) with chatbot solution will be an added advantage
Experience on deploying chatbot solution in cloud and internal premises.
Working experience on Source Controls like Git, Azure DevOps and Code Commit etc.
Good understanding and experience following test-driven development and continuous integration practices
Rich understanding of JSON and XML based template markup languages
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
