Job Description : Job DescriptionPlan and execute, the company’s audit function to ensure the company meets its financial, operational, tax and labor compliance objectives.Evaluate internal control structure, report findings, and follow up the remediation plans.Ensure accurate reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add valueAnalyze and challenge existing processes across the company and identify improvement opportunities.Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up.Playing an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices.Communicate at all levels of the organization with all stakeholders across the company.Capacity to evaluate IT structure and to improve cybersecurity standards.SkillsSpanish and EnglishAttention to detailCapacity to meet tight deadlines.Ability to assess and evaluate risk, plus implement solutionsExcellent reporting skillsThe ability to think objectivelyExperience:At least 4 years of experience as internal or external auditorBachelor degree in AccountingCPA or CIA preferredExperience with a Big 4 firm.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
