As Senior Consolidations Account, you will support the planning of consolidated worldwide financial statements (balance sheet focus), including consolidation entries, account analyses and preparation of supporting schedules and financial calculations for all reporting cycles.

Key responsibilities will include:
Provide disclosure support for Annual Report (financial statements, footnotes, financial summaries, graphs, MD&A, etc.) and SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy.)
Compile monthly and quarterly balance sheet account comparative analysis to ensure corporate entity results.
Interface with various levels of management, including tax, legal and treasury departments.
Establish strong relationships, manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions to ensure information flow, transparency, and collaboration.
Support external auditors in planning and reviewing year-end and interim audit requirements to ensure consolidated financial statements are in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Support and assist with business acquisition integration including accounting guidance and system reporting requirements.
Prepare monthly/quarterly documentation, as needed, in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
Serve as a super user for SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) System.
About you: To be successful in this role, you require:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA Certification, or CPA candidates who have passed parts of their certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in public accounting and/or private industry with exposure to general accounting; consolidation experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency required, SAP and BPC experience desired.
Solid balance sheet/general ledger experience: cash flow experience preferred.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional, diverse team environment as well as the ability to be a motivated, enthusiastic, individual contributor.
