Job Description : Senior Consulting Associate

Responsibilities
You will assist the team in strategic planning sessions with clients by taking detailed notes
Own your work by managing and communicating project progress and resources while adhering to agreed upon scope, budget, and timelines
Perform project requirements through synthesis and analysis of multiple data sources to arrive at solutions and conclusions for presentation to client
Shine by delivering project results through engaging presentation as part of team approach to meet client needs with value-added service
Implement project results by working as liaison with client management teams to prioritize and schedule changes, remaining available for ongoing service opportunities
Serve as an assistant in business proposals, taking meeting notes and preparing engagement letters for review
Utilize your analytical skills to conduct entry level quantitative and qualitative analysis, being willing to learn
Self-manage a demanding workload and be able to provide clear and concise updates regarding work completed
Possess and maintain an ‘ask first’ attitude in approach to internal and external teams
Possess and maintain a posture of humility when providing advice, giving recommendations, and performing tasks
Be willing to own mistakes, learn from them, and work towards resolution at all times

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration or Accounting degree from an accredited university
Master of Business Administration or Masters in Accounting degree from an accredited university preferred
Accounting experience required, CPA a plus
Two years’ audit experience in public accounting preferred
3-5 years business experience working in a related context
Experience in financial analysis and modeling, performance management, process mapping, and internal control evaluation preferred
Ability to speak and write with proficiency in the English language
Ability and flexibility to work at client sites periodically
Ability and flexibility to work weekends and some evenings occasionally
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
