Job Description : Senior Corporate Accountant

We are searching for a Senior Accountant for our North American Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. This position is responsible for preparing financial reports and performing more complex activities related to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger.
As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will analyze financial reports and records and make recommendations relative to the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures. You will also coordinate accounting matters with other departments, locations, and divisions within FirstGroup. In this role, you will also determine revenues and expenses incurred to anticipate future results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
CPA preferred
3-6 years of related experience; public accounting experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
Ability to work under very limited supervision with positive results.
Experience with MS Office products and accounting software preferred.
Ability to manage and organize work assignments, styles, and relationships with several respective managers.
