Job Description
Reporting to our Corporate Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant, Corporate will support all duties related to our Group financial close activities and consolidation process, as well as preparation of GAAP financial reporting to our debt holders and equity investors.
This position will prepare supporting schedules for Consolidated Balance Sheet reconciliations and support the preparation of our monthly Balance Sheet reviews. This includes ensuring global adherence to our group-wide accounting policies.
This position will also play a key role in the operation of our financial close internal control procedures.

Some key responsibilities include:
Work closely with cross-functional teams on general ledger and consolidation related tasks
Prepare supporting schedules for Consolidated Balance Sheet reconciliations and support the preparation of our monthly Balance Sheet reviews
Ensure all controls, including SoX controls are properly performed for the consolidation and financial close processes
Evaluate and recommend process changes to improve controls and efficiency
Own the preparation of certain monthly corporate accounting tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5 years accounting experience in general accounting
Experience working in a fast paced, global, rapidly growing team
Ability to work independently on regular routine assignments, including managing time and meeting critical deadlines
Ability to perform work to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong work ethic and flexibility to work extended hours during critical periods such as quarter-end and year-end
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Evaluate and recommend process changes to improve controls and efficiency
Own the preparation of certain monthly corporate accounting tasks
