Job Description
The 32-bit MPU Sr. Engineer I – Digital Product Marketing will be responsible for a variety of digital product marketing activities.
Management, coordination, and content development activities supporting 32bit MPU Web pages and associated design centers.
Management, coordination, and content development activities supporting 32bit MPU general digital marketing efforts and promotions. To include paid ads promotions, social media posts and Marketo Campaigns.
Responsible for development and analysis of the web traffic for the 32bit MPU web pages and corporate design center pages that have 32bit MPU content.
Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for 32bit MPU webpages
Work directly with Microchip Marcom team who support the web infrastructure, social media, and digital promotion functions.
Management, coordination, and content development activities supporting product launch including development of marketing collateral, training material and press releases.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related degree with 4-5 years’ experience in digital product marketing
Experience in semiconductor marketing of embedded MCU / MPU products
Experience with Marketing Automation Tools such as Marketo
Experience with social media and digital promotions
Experience with content management solution for building websites and specifically AdobeExperience Manager
Experience with SEO analysis and techniques
Experience with Web and digital promotion analytics
Skills Required:
Development and deployment of technical marketing collateral to the Web, social media, and in digital promotions
Web and digital promotion analytics generation and review
Other Skills:
The ability to work well in a team environment and exhibit strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with senior corporate and regional sales management
Appropriate sensitivity to issues surrounding successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good time management skills, managing multiple priorities
