Job Description : We are introducing a unique service layer around a MarTech SaaS platform to offer as ‘Managed Service’ to clients in D2C space across India, UK, US.
As a Campaign Manager – you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management on our integrated Customer Journey Personalization platform. This will primarily include gauging client requirements, analyzing feasibility, creating the needful on the platform and involved in post deployment reporting. This will also require you to closely work with peers / seniors on client side to ensure timely delivery of the needful, Keeping quality at utmost priority.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand clients’ requirements in terms of Use Cases, business outcomes they want to drive and architect solutions leveraging the platform
Act as a insight repository on Streaming Use Cases to advise, enrich and sharpen the campaign definitions using both Platform Capabilities and Audience Data
Manage internal resource (Digital Graphic Designer, Business Analyst) and external resources (client-side Product and Marketing Managers) to ensure fixed and variable scope deliverables are delivered on time, on budget, and as specified. In some cases, act as the leader
Act as a source of “best practice” in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, and Customer Engagement and Retention.
Help the Product platform partner to standardize solutions and messaging and build a bank of templates and ready reckoner
Share Campaign outcomes, reports, dashboards and participate in Weekly/Monthly reviews with the client team
Ability to identify new projects within existing accounts

Qualifications
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
6-8 years of technical/strategic use of marketing automation platform within a B2B corporate engagement or in a D2C / Subscription context (Streaming, Digital Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, Personal Finance, EduTech, Healthtech)
Ability to advise on both the technical and business impacts related to the use of marketing automation, CRM and reporting platforms.
Exceptional traditional and online communication skills. Emotional intelligence.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple needs, projects, resources.
Manage executive expectations, lead strategic direction, and grow Use Cases with each client using data, analytics and platform capabilities
Experience in delivering rapidly designed and developed projects using best practices in Program Management – timelines, client expectations, customer outcomes, budget/profitability etc.
High EQ to lead team, troubleshoot and level up to lead multiple teams in 2 years
KNOWLEDGE OF TOOLS/PACKAGES (Essential):

Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, CleverTap or Salesforce
Well versed with: CTA / CTR
RFM Analysis
Cohort creation
Paywall techniques
A/B Testing methods
Customer journey orchestration
Email / SMS / In App Notification Tools
Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Power point, BI

LOCATION: Work from Home and eventually move to Hyderabad with larger operations team
