Job Description : SUMMARY
The Chief operating Office supports organization-wide needs to drive various initiatives spanning across Robotic Process Automation, Data Reporting & Analytics, People Engagement Activities Etc,. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to support the Global Capability Centre in India. In addition, this position evaluates effectiveness through performance metrics
& Ensures alignment with strategic business objectives and maintain high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility
You will create solutions for situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
You will be involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility
You will need to have an innovative and transformation mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and increase efficiency.
You should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
The decisions you may make can have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility
Provide metrics inputs to various reporting decks; communicate key performance indicators to benefits operations teams in support of network objectives.
Assess operational effectiveness and make suggestions to streamline functions.
Programme management – Manage multiple projects, produce and maintain project plans, capacity plans, business requirements and adoption plans
Develop and maintain end to end plans to manage project timeline, scope, deliverables and resources
Utilize standard best practice project artefacts and cadence to establish and maintain project structure and governance (e.g., project charter, issues list, meeting cadence, reporting etc.)
Very strong interpersonal influencing and project management skills
Very strong relationship management negotiation and communication skills
Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task across projects and balance competing demands
Ability to effectively navigate and influence varying organizational levels
Subject Expertise – Grow understanding of the business, end to end onboarding process and stakeholder environment in order to actively shape the regulatory operating model and challenge assumptions
Communication – Ensure all stakeholders are aware and appraised of the operating model as it develops; maintain a living, evolving document to ensure there is clarity of both the current status and next steps
Implementation – Deliver process change to an agreed plan in a controlled manner, with alignment to strategic programme milestones where required
Support various units to automate their current manual processes, building end to end solutions from scratch.
Partner with stakeholders to understand and documents business requirements.
Prepare and present BRD’s post understanding requirements enabling the business to have a clear sight of projects plan.
Equip business owners with required information to enable them to take key business decisions logically.
Design & Deploy self-sustaining data reporting models across various reporting parameters.
Establish KPI & KRI’s after understanding the requirements
Analyse & Represent data with useful leadership insights
Self-drive projects across the organisation to effectively uplift the current internal process flows
Collaborate with leaders across the organisation to understand problem areas and build sustainable solutions
Ensure key organisational metrics are made available at all times with leadership insights.
Requirements:
Strong people management / team management skills to enable the team to work collectively.
Hands on experience on Automation tools and avenues.
Proven experience in data analysis & reporting across Operational & Non Operational Metrics
A keen eye for detail while working with large data sets / requirement
Self-motivated individual with a Zeil to work in a high-performance environment.
Exposure & Hands on experience to data tools (Excel, QlikView , Tableau , SQL ,. Etc)
Hands on experience working with data representation via Impactful Leadership presentations
Extensive experience in project management and budgeting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong stakeholder management capability with a can-do attitude.
