Job Description : · Analysing the strengths, weaknesses, and risks of existing project plans, as well as recommending improvements.· Identifying project parameters and specifications.· Performing cost calculations and coordinating budgets with financial departments.· Collaborating across departments to set realistic project targets and timeframes.· facilitating suitable interventions to prevent costly delays.· Presenting project progress updates to senior executives.· expertise in personnel management, project design and administration, client relationship management, and report writing,· Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements· Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.· Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be metAcquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequaciesProven experience as construction project manager /fabrication managerIn-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principlesFamiliarity with quality and health and safety standardsFamiliarity with construction/ project management softwareOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational and time- management skillsA team player with leadership abilitiesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Sector 8 , Noida, Noida – 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 15/03/2022Expected Start Date: 15/03/2022
